Purpose and availability

Personal AI Assistant is an independently operated Gmail integration for locally run AI assistants and its owner’s personal use. The assistant application runs on the owner’s computer. This website provides information about that integration; it does not offer public sign-up, a subscription, or a hosted inbox service.

Authorization and responsibility

The owner controls account connections, enabled tools, destinations, and automations. Access must be limited to accounts and information the owner is authorized to use. The owner can stop the integration or revoke its Google connection at any time.

AI output and service limitations

AI-generated answers and extracted details can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the original message and relevant records before relying on an output for important decisions. Availability depends on the owner’s computer, configuration, and connected services; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Privacy and third-party services

The privacy policy describes how information is handled. Google, configured AI providers, and other connected services have their own applicable terms. Personal AI Assistant is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.

Operator

This personal-use integration has no public onboarding or support service. The owner maintains the support contact in the Google OAuth consent configuration.
